Position Summary
We’re looking for a motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support projects from pre-construction through closeout. In this role, you’ll help keep teams aligned, projects organized, and communication flowing — making a direct impact on project quality and client success.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate project engineering processes across multiple commercial projects.
- Support pre-construction planning, documentation, and scheduling.
- Maintain organized project files, drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
- Manage document control workflows including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Communicate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve issues.
- Assist with procurement tracking, reporting, and meeting coordination.
- Support a positive, collaborative, and solutions-focused team environment.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Build, CMiC, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with estimating, scheduling and cost control is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
