SEFL Little Rock

Little Rock, AR

Our team successfully upgraded and expanded SEFL’s cross-dock facility, adding a new 5,000 sq. ft LTL freight office with emergency power and enhancing the existing dock with new lighting, fire alarm systems, and sprinkler protection, ensuring safety and compliance. The project maintained full operational capacity throughout, and we’re continuing the management of complex upgrades for Phase II and Phase III.

SEFL Bowling Green

Bowling Green, KY

SEFL entrusted our team to deliver a turnkey solution for their new 19,128 sq. ft. LTL freight facility consisting of a 4,897 sq. ft. new office and 14,231 sq. ft. cross dock.  We managed everything from preparing the site with low-voltage communication and fiber installation to interior decor and initial stocking, ensuring operational readiness from day one. The construction project doubled the site’s capacity with 45 new cross-dock doors and prepared the site for future expansion. 

SAIA Addition Carlisle

Carlisle, PA

Chosen for our expertise in large-scale construction, we are expanding SAIA’s terminal with a new 60,874 sq. ft. dock addition, including a new 5,000 sq. ft. dock office and a 1,000 sq. ft. restroom. The project also features a 125 door terminal dock, a 3,000 sq. ft. office, and a 1,000 sq. ft. restroom, covering 14 acres. Upon completion, the terminal will have over 240 doors, making it one of SAIA’s largest.

Old Dominion Freight Lines

Kansas City, KS

Situated on a 70-acre developed site, our team constructed this new cross-dock truck terminal featuring 200 dock doors, spanning a footprint of 115,000 sq. ft. for the terminal and offices. Additionally, the project includes a 45,000 sq. ft. maintenance shop and offers ample parking for over 255 employees and 865 trucks and trailers.

SAIA Terminal

Indianapolis, IN

Spanning a 30-acre site, our team constructed a new cross-dock truck terminal featuring 150 dock doors and with a 2-story administrative area. This remarkable complex also includes a 9-bay maintenance shop. The project was completed just eight months after the groundbreaking ceremony.

Estes Express Lines

Knoxville, TN

Our team was enlisted to successfully execute a comprehensive design-build project, featuring the construction of a new cross-dock truck terminal featuring 142 doors and a detached 4-bay truck shop. The site was designed to accommodate large-capacity needs, including parking for 300 trailers, 100 tractors, and 150 employees. The project included installation of robust retaining walls, the implementation of aggregate piers, and the protection of surrounding wetlands.

Averitt Express

Round Rock, TX

This turn-key design and construction project involved the development of a new cross-dock truck terminal featuring 39 doors. The facility also includes a 4,000 sq. ft. administrative area and a 50,000 sq. ft. heated and ventilated warehouse.

Southeastern Freight Lines

Atlanta, GA

Our team expertly managed the demolition and construction of this 30,000 sq. ft. maintenance shop, which features 12 new tractor bays and 2 new trailer bays. This project included expanding the existing parking lot and upgrading site utilities to accommodate increased parking for tractors and trailers.

Old Dominion Freight Line

LaGrange, GA

Situated on a 14-acre developed site, our team completed the construction of a versatile 46,000 sq. ft. trucking terminal, featuring both administrative and dock spaces. This project also includes a sophisticated stormwater retention system with a commitment to sustainability.

FedEx

Murfreesboro, TN

Situated on a vast 75-acre site, this project involved the new construction of two buildings: a main building spanning 365,392 sq. ft. and a vehicle preventative maintenance building covering 14,249 sq. ft. The project included extensive grading, site improvements, and utility installations.

Roanoke, VA

Spanning a 13,347 sq. ft. area, our team constructed a new logistics terminal addition. This project also included the renovation of the exterior cladding and interior finishes at the administrative office.

SAIA Terminal

Buford, GA

Spanning a 66-acre site, our team constructed a new cross-dock truck terminal featuring 152 dock doors and with a 2-story administrative area. This impressive facility also includes an 8-bay maintenance shop. The project was meticulously developed to allow for seamless future expansion.
