Position Summary
The Assistant Superintendent plays a critical role in supporting field operations and helping
projects run safely, efficiently, and professionally from pre-construction through closeout. This is
an excellent opportunity for someone who is hands-on, solutions-oriented, and eager to grow into
a leadership role within construction operations.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Lead Superintendent in managing job-site safety, quality, and schedules.
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and client walkthroughs.
- Complete punch list and warranty work with attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Respond to warranty calls, assess scope, and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Participate in project meetings, trainings, and industry events.
- Utilize project management and scheduling software to support project success.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
