Chase Construction Group was selected to construct this 42,171 square foot one-story shop/retail sales facility for Lazydays RV in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The site work consists of the final grading of approximately 10.9 acres and providing approximately 103 car and 153 (40’x15’) and 30 (30’x15’) RV parking spaces, with site perimeter and interior sidewalks. The facility includes 20 shop bays, offices, retail sales areas, meeting spaces, workspace and appropriate break and restrooms. The facility shall be sloped steel framed with metal stud framed brick veneer, storefront windows and a white TPO roof and include RV canopies. The interior finishes include all painted drywall partitions, primarily acoustical ceilings with some exposed painted steel ceiling/drywall bulkheads, LVT/carpet flooring, exposed flooring, and rubber base throughout the building.
